Villa Mert is an ultra-luxury villa whose construction was completed in 2023, in Kördere district of Kalkan. Our villa, which offers a panoramic view of Kalkan, has been designed from top to bottom in a stylish and modern way. Consisting of 3 suite bedrooms in total, our villa has an exquisite sea view from all its rooms. You can add a different dimension and meaning to your holiday with extras such as Turkish bath, sauna and heated indoor pool.

The Kördere area of Kalkan where villa Mert is found sits high above the town center of Kalkan. The advantage of this area is the unrivaled views, however the amenities found in the town are not within walking distance. Guests who wish to stay at this villa are advised to hire a car as the road leading to the villa is very steep and uneven. A 4x4 vehicle would be the best option to hire for this area. 

Note: There is a Security Camera and Alarm in our villa.

NOTE : The last 200 m road of the villa consists of a steep slope.

The indoor pool of our villa is heated, and the temperature can be adjusted free of charge (between October 1st and April 30th) according to the wishes of our guests. (Maximum 25-28 degrees) In other months, it is put into service for a fee of 100 EUR per week.

Note: The deposit fee in this villa is 200 EUR. The deposit amount will be returned to the guest if no damage / damage is observed during the checks to be made at the exit of the villa.
