Villa Berceste, located in Kalkan's Kordere area is a new build honeymoon villa. The villa, whose outdoor pool terrace and pool have been partially secluded from the outside make for an ideal choice for more conservative guests whom prefer to holiday in more private areas. The interior of Villa Bercese has been thoughtfully designed and modernly furnished with comfortable furnishings. The open-plan kitchen lounge is an ideal place for couples to spend time together, and the master bedroom offers a jacuzzi for a little more luxury on your well deserved holiday. 

The enterance to this villa is entered up a flight of steps, as shown in the photographs. The Kördere area of Kalkan where villa Titanic is found sits high above the town center of Kalkan. The advantage of this area is the unrivaled views, however the amenities found in the town are not within walking distance. Guests who wish to stay at this villa are advised to hire a car as the road leading to the villa is very steep and uneven. A 4x4 vehicle would be the best option to hire for this area.

Please note that the last 100 metres of the road to this villa is on a steep slope.

Details: There is a double bed, a nightstand, an air conditioner, a wardrobe, a make-up table, a TV, a Jacuzzi, a bathroom and an exit to the balcony.

Note: The deposit fee in this villa is 200 euros. The deposit amount will be returned to the guest if no damage / damage is observed during the checks to be made at the exit of the villa.
