Villa Sasha is perched on the Kızıltaş hills of Kalkan with an elevated view that will take your breath away. From the villas numerous terraces and balconies guests will marvel  at Kalkans' natural beauty; the quaint town, harbour, tall mountains and the sprawling turquoise sea. This villa is an excellent choice for a large family or group with it's generous pool terrace area, large infinity pool and 5 bedrooms. 

There are 5 modern en-suite bedrooms spaced over the villas upper 3 floors all of which have balconies with spectacular sea views. There are two doubles on the entrance ground floor and two on the first floor. At the top of the villa is a twin suite connecting to the roof terrace with a seating area where you will get the best view of the stunning Kalkan sunsets or stars at night. The stylish open-plan kitchen and living room is found on the lower ground floor adjacent to the generous sea-facing pool terrace. This villa also offers a private hamam and sauna as well as underfloor heating for the cooler months. 

Guests who are considering this villa should be aware that the road leading to the villa is steep The center of Kalkan is around a 10 minute walk from the villa following the roads downhill. However to return to the villa the uphill walk can be challenging in the heat so guests my wish to hire a car or use the reasonably priced local taxi service to take the uphill journey back to the villa. For guests who hire a car there is ample parking space available.

This villa's pool is heated and can be adjusted for a fee of 550 euros per week. Maximum 23 - 26 degrees) The pool heating system takes 3 days to heat up to the desired temperature so we advise guests to request this feature at the time of booking. Guests who make a last minute booking may not be able to use the pool heated for the first few days of their stay due to this 3 day warming up period.
