Villa Roy, located in Kalkan’s Ortaalan region is a 5 bedroom villa to sleep 10 guests. Completed in 2020 the villa has been designed to the highest of standards to create a truly luxury experience for your well deserved break. Villa Roy features sea views throughout, and has been designed with entertainment in mind. On the pool terrace guests can relax and soak up the suns rays, or even dine a fresco. The villa features 5 spacious bedrooms, as well as an indoor pool and sports area. 

Note: Check-in to our villa is at 16:00 at the earliest, and check-out is at 10:00 at the latest.

NOTE : The outdoor pool of our villa is heated. It is offered to our guests for an additional fee (38 euros per day).

Pool Terrace: There are 10 sun loungers, 2 umbrellas, mini fridge, garden sitting group, dining table and chairs for 10 people.

Outdoor Pool: Length: 14.00m, Width: 4.50m, Depth: 1.50m

Indoor Pool: The indoor pool, located on the first floor with heating facility, will ensure that you do not stay away from the water even in unexpected weather. On this floor, there is also a garden with banana, kumquat and lemon trees, separated from the indoor pool by a glass partition. In addition, various sports equipment in the indoor area where the pool is located is open to the use of visitors. (Length: 5.00m, Width: 3.00m, Depth: 1.50m)

Note: For indoor pool heating: 25 euros per day is charged. The temperature of the pool reaches 27-30 degrees.

Living Room: There is a seating group, TV, satellite receiver, air conditioner, Netflix connection, WI-FI, various card and board games, Harman/Kardon bluetooth speaker, as well as direct access to the pool terrace and pool.

Kitchen: Refrigerator, dishwasher, built-in cooker, hood, electric kettle, oven, microwave oven, dispenser, dining table and chair for 8 people, all necessary kitchen tools and utensils are available.

1. Bedroom: There is 1 double bed, TV, wardrobe, vanity table, nightstand, balcony, air conditioning and bathroom-WC.

2. Bedroom: There is 1 double bed, wardrobe, vanity table, bedside table, balcony, air conditioner and bathroom-WC.

3. Bedroom: There are 2 single beds, wardrobe, vanity table, bedside table, balcony, air conditioner and bathroom-WC.

4. Bedroom: There is 1 double bed, wardrobe, make-up table, bedside table, terrace, air conditioner and bathtub-bathroom-WC.

5. Bedroom: There is 1 double bed, TV, wardrobe, vanity table, bedside table, terrace, air conditioning and bathroom-WC.

Note : With the state-of-the-art alarm system that can be easily controlled with a remote control and the camera control system, which is meticulously placed in a way that does not violate the privacy of the customers, a safe holiday opportunity is offered 24/7. Routine works such as pool and garden maintenance and garbage removal are done on a daily basis.

Note: The deposit fee in this villa is 300 euros. The deposit amount will be returned to the guest if no damage / damage is observed during the checks to be made at the exit of the villa.
