Located in Kalkan’s serene Islamlar Village, Villa Piraye is awaiting guests for a holiday filled with luxury and ultimate relaxation. The villa, completed in 2023, has been designed with large pool terrace, with a ‘built in’ seating area, a large open plan kitchen diner and 3 bedrooms. Furthermore to this an indoor pool, sauna and Turkish bath can also be found inside the villa, providing guests with well-deserved entertainment throughout their holiday.

Islamlar village where villa Piraye is found sits high above the town centre of Kalkan. The advantage of this area is the natural green beauty, clean air and serenity, however the amenities found in the town are limited to a mini market and several village style restaurants. These are within walking distance, approximately 10 minutes. Guests who wish to stay at this villa are advised to hire a car to comfortably explore the wider local area and be able to stock up with groceries.

The indoor pool can be heated for an extra charge of 150 EUR per week, please note this may take up to 3 days to heat, and therefore we suggest guests request this feature at the time of booking.

Note: The deposit fee in this villa is 200 EUR. The deposit amount will be refunded to the guest if no damage / damage is observed during the checks to be made at the exit of the villa.
