1. Don't be fooled by the distance to Kalkan, it takes more than 20 minutes by car.
2. Never come with a luxury or low-rise vehicle, you will persecute the car.
3. The house is really at the top of the mountain, there is a temperature difference of 3-5 degrees between it and the center. Those who will come in autumn or spring should calculate this.
4. Some items in the house have been years away (eg a toaster) but they are still there.
5. Many doors do not have keys.
6. Shower heads need replacing.
7. Although the house has 4 rooms (in my opinion, at least 6 more rooms can be added to that house), 3 rooms are functional. One of its rooms is idle, the room is already separate from the house.
8. There is a cesspool smell from all the toilets.
9. The house needs a little remodeling. Mattresses should be changed.

The distance and being on the hill scared us a little at first, but then the taste of that calmness made us forget our fears. hello, we, as 2 families, stayed between 25.07.2020 and 01.08.2020. The location, architecture and use of the house is very nice. However, air conditioning is a must in such a hot area. Is there an air conditioner? But there is no electricity to run it. There is electricity, but the regulator to raise it and put it into service is not enough, it is constantly deactivated or not enough. Apart from this, there should be a fixed liquid soap dispenser in the bathrooms of such a beautiful house. It doesn't suit. Cups and plates, pyrex, coffee machine are missing in the kitchen. But the main problem is the electricity regulator is insufficient. No lighting for the barbecue, no grill. One of the bathrooms has a broken shower cabin. Otherwise, the pool is beautiful and big. The nature is beautiful, the interior of the house is beautiful, quiet and calm. Markets are very close or you can come by phone. Kalkan is 10 km by car (it takes 15 minutes.) It is ideal for relaxing. We would like to thank Mr. Yucel, the villa attendant, for his smiling face and cooperation, who did not spare his help in all these missing issues.

During the pandemic process, we wanted to cancel our early booking hotel holiday and take a villa holiday for a more isolated holiday. At first, we had hesitations, but when we went to the villa, all our hesitations ended. Although it is a little far from the center of Kalkan, we saw that it is a very beautiful villa in nature. We had a very nice holiday for a week. .We went as two families and felt very comfortable. Especially the children enjoyed the pool to the fullest. The size of the pool is very nice. Hi Ugur Many thanks for letting us stay in your beautiful villa. It was gorgeous and the location was amazing! Dideniz was amazingly attentive and helpful and the pool was incredible. The Villa is set in the most incredible location, the views are incredible and worth the trip up the road! The pool in beautiful and was immaculately clean with very comfortable pool side furniture. We were looked after very well by the caretaker. The seal of the door of the fridge became detached and a new fridge was delivered within 30 minutes! Plenty of space and very comfortable beds! We will certainly be one day very soon to this very special place.
We stayed in this villa as a family of 8 people. The villa is completely surrounded by nature and is even more beautiful than it looks in the photos. Everything has been thought of in the villa and it is perfect for spending a nice holiday with your family. The pool is big and clean, you can enjoy a swim with your family away from the seclusion. We did not experience any problems, but when you sit in the front of the villa, which is usually sitting there, you cannot see the back of the villa and because there is a staircase to the upper floor at the back, it is directly on the top. It would be better if something similar to a door could be thought of for that part. Osman Bey, who took care of the villa, has just started to work, so we had a little trouble with some issues, but he took care of everything and took care of all the troubles. It is very ideal for crowded groups and you can have a nice time. Since it is difficult to go down because the places to visit are a little far away, it may be better if you bring game-style things that can pass the time.

We went for our honeymoon in October. It is a bit high, but has a quiet and peaceful environment covered with trees. We had a nice week. Although the weather was very hot, it was cold in the evenings due to the high altitude. The villa is complete, the pool will be fully protected if you install the tarpaulin shown in the pictures. It is close to the center of Kalkan, but you need a car to go somewhere. The fact that Bayram Bey, who is in charge of the villa, is close to his house, is reassuring, and they help with all kinds of needs. The view of the villa is colorful fields and Patara Beach looks from afar :). You experience all kinds of possibilities in a natural environment. Everything was fine, but we had a hard time finding a non-alcoholic dining place. We could only find these places without alcohol;
