NOTE : The road which connects our villa to the main road is a 700 mt steep hill.

NOTE: The electricity bill is not included in the rental price and must be paid by our tenants.The amount of this charge is calculated manually by reading counter indices on the final day of the stay. The exit cleaning fee is 750TL for weekly rentals and is added to the rental price.

Note: The deposit amount for this villa is 200 Euro. The deposit amount will be returned to guests provided no damage is found at the final villa check at the end of your stay.
