Centrally located in Kalkan’s Ortaalan is Villa Casa Lujo, a 4 bedroom villa with both a private indoor and outdoor pool, sauna and Turkish bath. The villa has the capacity to accommodate up to 8 guests, and features a spacious living and entertainment area over its three floors.  Outdoors guests may wish to dine al-fresco whilst watching the sun set over Kalkan’s bays; a barbeque has been provided for entertaining guests and a seating group provides the ideal place for relaxation.

Villa Casa Lujo, completed under Baransel Groups construction in June 2023, has been furnished comfortably and to a high standard. The interior of the villa is spacious and the villa’s basement floors will provide guests with hours of entertainment throughout their stay. Guests may want to enjoy time in the villa’s private sauna and Turkish bath before taking a dip in the indoor pool. Alternatively, guests may want to spend evening’s cosying up watching a film at their very own cinema.

NOTE: Our villa is accessed via a flight of stairs leading from the road. Guests should be aware of this before booking

Note: The deposit fee in this villa is 300 EUR. The deposit amount will be refunded to the guest if no damage / damage is observed during the checks to be made at the exit of the villa.
