Villa Yüce 2 is a secluded villa located right in the heart of Kalkan's peaceful mountains. Guests will delight at the unspoiled wonderful views, stretching out in front of you are rolling green hills reaching out to the sea and in the distance is a quiet traditional village.
The pool terrace has been well designed to take advantage of the local natural beauty. The terrace features a large infinity pool with integrated children's dipping pool, sunbathing area, sheltered outdoor dining and BBQ area, traditional corner seating area and a large round swing seat to the front of the terrace. Guests will find total peace in the space where blue and green merge and surround you. This villa's pool is sheltered with a curtain system and cannot be seen from the outside, making this property the perfect choice for a conservative family or guests who desire total privacy during their holiday.
The interior is light and contemporary with dazzling grey marble meeting you as you enter. On the upper floors are 3 en-suite bedrooms all with spectacular panoramic sea views. The master bedroom is on the second floor and offers a large large jacuzzi looking out to the natural landscape below. Villa Yüce 2 has everything a family needs to enjoy a rejuvenating and tranquil holiday.
The location of the villa is an area of Kalkan called Kordere situated in the mountains above Kalkan town and the sea. While this location lends itself to uninterrupted views and total tranquility it is not within walking distance to the town, beach and restaurants. The gravel road leading to the villa is off the beaten track. Guests may wish to hire a car or use the reasonably priced local taxi services. A private parking space with 2 cars capacity is available at this villa.

The indoor pool is heated and can be adjusted free of charge between October 1st and April 30th on request. The maximum temperature is 25-27 degrees. The pool heating system takes 3 days to heat up to the desired temperature so we advise guests to request this feature at the time of booking. Guests who make a last minute booking may not be able to use the pool heated for the first few days of their stay due to this 3 day warming up period.
