Villa Rigel

Villa Rigel, situated in the elevated Kızıltaş area of Kalkan has unrivaled views of Kalkan and the Mediterranean sea rolling beneath your feet. With it's multiple en-suite bedrooms and abundance of amenities villa Rigel is a fitting property for a family looking for a leisurely get-away. With an elegant use of marble and white furnishings throughout, the open-plan interior lends itself to total relaxation. Guests will marvel at the villas outstanding activity room in the lower ground floor of the villa. This space makes you feel as if you are in a private spa with an indoor heated pool and separate jacuzzi (from where you can enjoy sea views), table tennis table, pool table, running machine, exercise bike, two seating areas and two bathrooms with showers all under an extra high ceiling.

The open-plan living room and kitchen open out onto a generous pool terrace with an infinity pool which blends with the sea. On the upper floors there are 5 bedrooms, 4 of which are en-suite and two of which are masters with jacuzzis. All bedrooms have access to large balconies  or roof terrace with the same incredible views far out to sea. 

Guests who are considering this villa should be aware that the road leading to the villa is steep. The center of Kalkan is around a 10 minute walk from the villa following the roads downhill. However to return to the villa the uphill walk can be challenging in the heat so guests my wish to hire a car or use the reasonably priced local taxi service to take the uphill journey back to the villa. For guests who hire a car there is ample parking space available.

Pool Dimensions : Width : 4.40 m Length : 6.30 m Depth : 1.55-1.60 m 

Indoor Pool Dimensions : Width : 4.40 m Length : 8.15 m Depth : 1.50-1.65 m The indoor pool is heated and can be adjusted on request for an extra 300 euros per week. (Maximum 26 - 27 degrees) The pool heating system takes 3 days to heat up to the desired temperature so we advise guests to request this feature at the time of booking. Guests who make a last minute booking may not be able to use the pool heated for the first few days of their stay due to this 3 day warming up period. 

NOTE: For guests wishing to heat the indoor pool, the villa's outdoor pool pump will not filter the outdoor pool. BOTH pools will still have water inside them, and both pools will be maintained by our care taker; so that they will remain useable. However the outdoor pool will not be filtered and so will not function as well as it would normally, if the indoor pool heating system wasn't turned on.

Note: The deposit amount for this villa is 200 EURO. The deposit amount will be returned to guests provided no damage is found at the final villa check at the end of your stay.

Note: Smoking is not permitted anywhere inside the villa building

The location information below is based on one-to-one measurements between the villa you want to rent and the specified location. The distances expressed as KM are determined by automobile and the distances expressed as MT are determined by our authorised staff by means of GS measuring device.

Please note our outdoor pools will be closed between the 1st November - 30th April due to weather conditions. We thank you for your understanding.
