The large pool terrace features a pool and outdoor dining area, ideal for evenings spent dining al-fresco or days by the poolside. Villa New Ada, whose panoramic sea views can be enjoyed from accross the pool terrace and the villa, has been designed with our valued guests in mind. The ground floor of our villa is an ideal place for families or friends to get together, and enjoy each other company in the open plan kitchen lounge. As well as this three bedooms (two double bedrooms and a twin bedroom) provide enoıgh space for everyone to relax. Villa Ada's Master bedrooms both feature a jacuzzi, adding a little extra luxury to your holiday.

 The Kördere area of Kalkan where villa New Ada is found sits high above the town center of Kalkan. The advantage of this area is the unrivaled views, however the amenities found in the town are not within walking distance. Guests who wish to stay at this villa are advised to hire a car as the road leading to the villa is very steep and uneven. A 4x4 vehicle would be the best option to hire for this area. There is space to park a vehicle at the rear of the villa

Note: The deposit fee for this villa is 200 euros. The deposit amount will be returned to the guest if no damage / damage is observed during the checks to be made at the exit of the villa.
