Villa Milano is a bright and contemporary villa situated in an elevated area of Kalkan's peaceful Kızıltaş area. Due to it's high position the villa  has views which reach far out to sea and with 5 suite bedrooms it's an ideal choice for a large group looking to holiday in the sun. The layout of the villa is unusual as the entrance to the villa leads to the first floor where there are two bedrooms both with side balconies and front-facing sliding doors so the rooms have plenty of light and air. The twin bedroom found on this floor has a separate bathroom with shower opposite. Down a flight of stairs is the open-plan living room and kitchen which lead to the pool terrace with infinity pool. There is a garden area to the side of the pool with a BBQ and a canopy shaded outdoor dining area for guests to feast in the comfort of the villa. A curtain system is available along the side of the villa so guests who wish to have more privacy can be closed off from the outside world. There are a further three en-suite bedrooms on the second and roof terrace floors and from their high positions guests can marvel at the panoramic sea views. 

The entrance to this villa is access along the side of the property by several flights of steps so guests who have mobility difficulties may wish to consider another of our many properties. The center of Kalkan is around a 15 minute walk from the villa following the roads downhill. However to return to the villa the uphill walk can be challenging in the heat so guests my wish to hire a car or use the reasonable priced local taxi service to take the uphill journey back to the villa. For guests who hire a car there is parking space at road level next to the villa entrance.

The location information below is based on one-to-one measurements between the villa you want to rent and the specified location. The distances expressed as KM are determined by automobile and the distances expressed as M are determined by our authorised staff by means of GS measuring device.

Please note our outdoor pools will be closed between the 1st November - 30th April due to weather conditions. We thank you for your understanding.
