Villa Kayra is a large contemporary villa found on the slopes of Kalkan's Kalamar area. From it's high position there are breathtaking uninterrupted views of Kalkan, it's charming harbour and the far-stretching sea. This property, spread over 3 floors, offers a large infinity pool, outdoor jacuzzi and table tennis table. From the generous pool terrace the views reaching out over the sea are breathtaking. A large infinity pool is at the heart of this space merges with the blue sea beyond, the ideal place for families to cool off in the heat of summer. There is plenty of space for lounging in the sun, reclining in the shade and an outdoor BBQ and dining area is available too.
The interior of the villa offers a spacious open-plan living room and kitchen and five en-suite bedrooms each with access to a private balcony or roof terrace. The design is modern and stylish with tiled floors and large windows in each room. From every room in the villa spectacular sea views can be enjoyed.
Guests who are considering this villa should be aware that the road leading to the villa is steep. The center of Kalkan is around a 10 minute walk from the villa following the roads downhill. However to return to the villa the uphill walk can be challenging in the heat so guests my wish to hire a car or use the reasonably priced local taxi service to take the uphill journey back to the villa. For guests who hire a car there is parking space available. The entrance to the villa is accessed up two flights of steps.
For the summer season of 2020 an additional bedroom is being constructed on the ground floor, on completion photographs and details will be added.
