The first is a double bedroom on the ground floor which shares the ground floor bathroom. On the first floor are a twin and double bedroom with shared bathroom and an en-suite double. The second floor has one more double suite. All double rooms on the two upper floors have balcony access. The pool terrace sits at the front of the property and has a sunbathing area, private pool, shaded outdoor dining area and swing seat.

There is a bus stop and convenience store within walking distance and this villa is just 3 km away from the well known Çalış beach and 9 km to Fethiye city center.
