Villa Elma is a charming family friendly villa situated a short distance from the center of Hisarönü and just 3 km from the local sea and beach. With it's large surrounding fence the villas pool terrace is secluded, ideal for guests who desire more privacy on their holiday. The interior covers two floors with a stylish open-plan kitchen, dining area and living room with fireplace on the ground floor connecting to the pool terrace. The structure of the building uses local stone which has been made a feature in the rooms throughout the villa interior and exterior. The bedrooms occupy the first floor, a double and twin bedroom share a bathroom and the master suite has a corner jacuzzi bath. Each bedroom has it's own private balcony so guest can enjoy the natural surroundings morning or night. 

The pool terrace is spacious and a green garden circumvents the bean shaped private pool in the center. A shaded outdoor dining and seating area are found next to the ground floor access and there is ample sunbathing space as well as a hammock and Ottoman style seating making this garden a wonderful space to spend leisurely afternoons under the sun. 

The villa is found within walking distance to the town and it's various amenities and there is a bus stop just 300 m away for guest who want to explore further. A gated parking space is available for guest who wish to hire a car.

We had the opportunity to rest in this magnificent villa for 3 weeks in July 2021. First of all, we also witnessed the natural disasters that happened, and we even panicked so much, but the hosts were so friendly and helpful that there was no such thing as panic, even the taste of their conversations remained in our palate. We wish them a huge thank you again. As for the villa, I can say that you have more than enough kitchen utensils compared to other villas, the furniture is comfortable, the pool, the garden, the wonderful cleaning team is number 1, it is also very suitable for families with children, restaurants and shopping places are close within walking distance (if you prefer, of course), but we are most satisfied. Ela and Ahmet, with whom we stayed, had a problem-solving attitude even in the smallest problem.

We had many moments when we said that nothing was missing in the villa, and they even thought about it. The pool and garden were large enough. The sun loungers and the cushions on them were of very high quality and comfortable. There were also different fruits that you can consume naturally on the trees in the garden, we ate all of them. The bathrooms were obviously newly built, clean and very stylish. The hosts were very thoughtful and kind people. We would choose it again just for them. Thank you..

We escaped from Ankara during the pandemic and spent the last week of June at Villa Elma. We made the right choice. First of all Villa Elma was very clean and everything was almost new. We learned that Villa Elma has undergone a major renovation and renovation this year. Therefore, we had a comfortable holiday. It was a very comfortable house. Everything you would need in a villa holiday was available and in working order. The rooms were large, spacious and beautifully decorated. Beds were comfortable. The bedroom with jacuzzi was in great demand. The garden was very large and well maintained. There was also a small orchard in the garden, where the peppers and cucumbers we collected accompanied our breakfasts. The sun loungers in the garden were pleasant enough. The pavilion in the garden became the venue for our evening conversations. The pool was great fun for the kids. They were never bored. The location of Villa Elma made us very happy. Oludeniz takes 10 minutes by car. As soon as we woke up every morning, we went for a swim. Kayaköy, Kabak Bay, Faralya, Fethiye are 15-20 minutes away. Since Hisarönü, where Villa Elma is located, is high, it was always windy and cool in the evenings. We didn't need air conditioning. In short, we liked Villa Elma very much. We are planning to go again in September.

As two families going on a villa holiday for the first time, we chose Villa Elma due to its large garden and central location, and at the end of the holiday we decided that we were not mistaken. The cleanliness of the Hisaronu, the beauty of the garden, the usefulness of the furniture and the thought of everything made us happy. In addition, the polite and caring attitude of the barancel staff was one of the nice details of our holiday. Its proximity to Ölüdeniz also made us feel comfortable. Market, butcher, greengrocer etc. was very close. The kitchen has all the materials you will need. Also, the width of the garden is perfect for families with children. Not to mention eating fresh fruits and vegetables from the garden. We thank you for everything. See you again ☺️

Had an amazing week in turkey at the Villa Elma, could not fault the villa - was clean and spacious. The only downside is that its not communicated that the villa is next to a school and so it can be very noisy at times, with bells sounding early morning and throughout the day. However, a stay here is highly recommended

Excellent holiday based at the Villa. Been to the Area several times over last few years and this is definitely a great location. Only downside was pool has no filter so the water clouds up very easily, no parasols and only 4 loungers round pool, when villa sleeps 6 people, we coped however as beanbags round pool and always someone on a lilo. Stayed for 10 days, no cleaner so had to wash towels ourselves but washing machine in villa so no major issue. Really lovely place and would use again.

This is the 3rd Villa we rented from Tatilvillam. We stayed in villa Elma for 2 times. With the professional approach of the friendly, solution-oriented staff, when we say holiday, the first place that comes to mind is my holiday villa. We would like to thank all the baransel group employees who found a solution to the problem we experienced immediately, made up for our shortcomings within minutes, and helped with a professional approach in order not to make us victims, even though they were not their own fault. See you in the next holiday period :)

We liked the villa from its photos and we decided to stay as 2 families. After entering the villa, we realized that the cleaning of the villa was not done properly. We collected the garbage in the backyard of the villa and cleaned the cigarette butts, but the next morning we realized that the pool was not cleaned and contacted the attendant, but we could not get an answer. On the third day, the friend who cleaned the pool came, thank you. It has been regular since then. Since there is no hand towel at home, I called 532737 63 53 and asked for it to be provided. I was offended by the very rude watsup correspondence that they could handle first and then what they couldn't. Damn that 3 lira hand towel. The furnishings in the house are old, the air conditioner in the upstairs suite room does not cool, the vacuum cleaner hose is broken, the bottom rail of the dishwasher does not fit... there are many missing in the house. a lot

I have nothing to recommend. The ones I won't. House cleaning is not enough. Items are old and most of them don't work. Do not call the call center and be falsely reprimanded. Respects.

We have stayed in this villa 2 years in a row. Both were a dream vacation. The interior of the villa is very luxurious, there is nothing missing. The garden is enormous. It was very good that the villa was detached and had a private pool. We have a dog and the fact that they accept pets earned us plus points. When we first arrived we noticed that the floors were not very clean, and there was only one switch which created a bit of a problem because the switch also turns the electricity on and off and when you go with a group, someone wants to stay at home, people who go out come back late and have to bother other people to open the door. . Grass quality in the garden is not good. Apart from these, we were very pleased, the location was very good, there were many places to visit. We recommend this villa.

We spent our holiday in Villa Elma in July 2016. My biggest doubt was whether it was the same as in the pictures. Let me be frank, it is more beautiful and comfortable than in the pictures. At home, in the kitchen, everything is thought out to the smallest detail. The location of the house is very nice and not visible from the outside. Very close to the center, within walking distance. We had a very enjoyable week in Villa Elma where we met with our school friends between 28 May 2015 - 3 June 2015. Villa Elma, which is very clean and well-maintained, offered us all the comfort you can look for in a holiday home. The rooms were large and bright, the beds were clean and comfortable. In the kitchen, all the kitchen utensils you may need such as oven, dishwasher, coffee machine, toaster were complete and working. A variety of plates and glasses, more than enough for everyone, together with the dishwasher, made our job much easier. The most enjoyable part was the large and well-kept garden. We spent a significant part of our time in the pool during the day and at the dinner table, which we prepared in the garden at night, accompanied by a barbecue, with pleasant conversations. There were enough sun loungers, chairs and tables for everyone. We also enjoyed the location of Villa Elman. Even though it is not on the seaside, it never bothered us in the heat of Fethiye with its clean, fresh and cool mountain air. There were already many alternatives for the sea. Oludeniz is 8-10 minutes by car, and Gemiler Bay with its wonderful sea is 10-15 minutes. Breakfast in Kayaköy is 7-8 minutes, dinner in Fethiye is 8-10 minutes. In short, we were very comfortable in Villa Elma, we had a lot of fun. Happy holidays everyone.

You will be amazed by the turquoise sea where the green meets the blue, where the Aegean and the Mediterranean meet. Super holiday with its huge garden and very nice pool where you can have a holiday for 6 people from the comfort of your own home in Hisarönü, the most beautiful place of Fethiye.
