Villa Duha

Villa Duha is situated high up on the hills of Islamlar village above the town of Kalkan. From here the views of cascading green mountain meeting the endless blue sea in the distance are truly spectacular. This is a secluded villa with a pool terrace that is partially hidden from the outside making this an excellent choice for conservative guests or guests who want to experience privacy on their holiday. The exterior of the villa is perfectly designed for a family to make the most of outdoor living. The outside grounds are split-level with a green lawn which sweeps the length of the terrace on the bottom level. This garden is surrounded with trees and features a children's playground. The upper level has an infinity pool with integrated children's pool/ jacuzzi, a sheltered, outdoor dining and seating area adjacent to a built in BBQ, a pear swing seat and ample sunbathing space. There is also a table tennis and foosball table so guests can work off their stress before cooling off in the pool. 

The interior is spread across one floor with contemporary fittings throughout. The kitchen features a breakfast bar and dining table and a fireplace is found in the living room. From here guests can access the pool terrace and through each window the spectacular views can be admired. There is a generous master bedroom with an intriguing continuation of open-plan design. The bathroom as well as a large jacuzzi are incorporated into the bedroom space. Adjacent to the master is a twin suite which has access to the pool terrace and a private sauna is found next to the bedrooms.

Islamlar village where villa Duha is found sits high above the town center of Kalkan. The advantage of this area is the natural green beauty, clean air and serenity, however the amenities found in the town are limited to a mini market and several village style restaurants serving trout and traditional cuisine. These are within walking distance, approximately 5 minutes. Guests who wish to stay at this villa are advised to hire a car to comfortably explore the wider local area and be able to stock up with groceries. The villa is found along a country road and parking space is available next to the entrance. Villa Duha is located close to several of our other featured villas; villa Beyaz, villa Ustali, villa Despina, villa Loya. Groups who want to rent more than one villa close together are invited to explore these villas. 

The underfloor heating of this villa can be turned on for an extra fee of 125 euros per week.

Note: Alcohol consumption is not permitted in this villa.

The pool is heated and can be adjusted for a fee of 150 euros. The maximum temperature is 25-27 degrees. The pool heating system takes 3 days to heat up to the desired temperature so we advise guests to request this feature at the time of booking. Guests who make a last minute booking may not be able to use the pool heated for the first few days of their stay due to this 3 day warming up period.

Note : The deposit amount for this villa is 200 EURO. The deposit amount will be returned to guests provided no damage is found at the final villa check at the end of your stay.
