We stayed between 22-27 August. The villa is beautiful. As seen in the photos. However, the service of Ms. Çağla, who makes the food and service that we keep with the reference of your site, was a complete disaster. Although we gave half of the agreed amount, on the 2nd, 3rd and 4th days he constantly asked for money, every time we gave him more. He didn't even make half of the menu we agreed on and sent us, 8 people were always hungry. Never work, our holiday was a disgrace because of Ms. Çağla.
If they had not recommended Çağla Hanım, we would have thought about it next year and would recommend it. However, we do not recommend it because we work with people who are so sloppy and do not keep their word.
The villa is close to the center of Kalkan, A101 and Şok market, the view is more beautiful and does not blow compared to most of the villas around it. The house is very clean and all the furniture was brand new. When only two families stay together, there are not enough glasses and plates, it is necessary to operate the machine after each meal. The indoor pool is hot and the children are welcome. The sauna and steam room were quite adequate. If you want to stay in the room with the pool, it has a slightly humid environment. We had a good time with billiards, table football and TV. They helped us through. We recommend it.

Although the villa is far from the center in terms of security and environment, we did not have any problems about the white palace. Having 3 more villas around gives confidence. Cleaning was good. When we entered, a clean and sparkling house welcomed us. Of course, there were minor details, but they were tolerable. The villa is very pleasant and there are many activities in it. There is also a lot to spend time for families going with children. All the necessary details are available in the kitchen. The only thing I lacked was the mixer. Having a TV in every room also provided us a comfort. The 4th room of the villa to be used is downstairs. So there is no passage through the house. You pass through the garden, the indoor pool, sauna and steam room are in the same section. The lower part is like a separate spa area, there is also a bedroom with an en-suite bathroom. This is the first thing you see, but we didn't have any problems even though we used the 4th room actively. However, I think it is more appropriate to know this detail when coming. The indoor pool was a little cold at first, but after the 3rd day, it started to get very hot. It was a clean pool. We used it actively.
There is a market and A101 very close to the house. It is always open. In this sense, you do not have any problems. There are wonderful coasts and beaches that can be visited by car. Patara and Kaputaş beach are very close and must-see places. In fact, even though it's winter holiday, as I told you, take all kinds of accessories with you to sunbathe in the garden when the temperature exceeds 15. In this sense, the lower garden is more enjoyable since the indoor pool is actively used. There is a very easy-to-use barbecue in the garden. You don't need anything extra. You can just come with your suitcases, do your grocery shopping and have a nice holiday. There are places to walk around. The night is very quiet, those who love the calm will love the silence and the stars. This silence may sound scary, but as I said, having close houses gives confidence and we did not have any problems in terms of security. Although there are nearby houses, the garden and pools are very sheltered. Everything is as it appears in the photos.

We stayed for the end of August. The house was not bad overall. Rooms were large and nice. Our biggest problem was the pool. The pool, which is written suitable for sheltered conservative families, is definitely not suitable. The pool is visible from the road from the lower villa and from the side villa. They left saying they couldn't do it when we asked for it to be taken care of. In addition, there is a path from the outside to the pool floor to the room and garden located on the basement floor. It's definitely not safe.

The location was breath taking with just an amazing view, the people where so friendly and the house was really luxurious and clean. We had a great time with the Family!

The villa is located in Islamlar Village and on the top of the mountain. You definitely need a car, because Kalkan center is 10 minutes away by car and the first market is 5 minutes away. The roads are very bumpy and bumpy. Villa 2018 built luxury. The hall and rooms are large. Each bedroom has a bathroom. The Bathroom in a Bedroom stinks. Its terrace and view are beautiful, but not 100% conservative. The pool can be seen from some areas and from the nearby villa. Unfortunately, the villa next to it is located at a distance of 5 meters and is only closed with iron sheets.
The quality of the pool was bad because the owner of the villa was turning off the pool treatment every day and therefore the pool was blurry. Unfortunately, our warnings and reactions did not help much. We already rent such Villas mostly for their clean and large pool. This upset us. Garden and Pool were not cleaned every day as it was written. Unfortunately, from time to time, the currents were cut off and the waters connected to it were cut off. I don't understand why there is no Generator in such a luxury villa.
Before that, we were in Villa Özlem and its pool was very nice even though it was half price.
This villa is suitable for families who have a vehicle and do not need the villa to be 100% conservative. But the pool problem must be solved.
