Villa Aselmina, located in the Kas region of Kalkan is a 3 bedroomed family villa. Modernly designed with comfortbale furniture and fitted with luxury fittings, to make your holiday more relaxing, Villa Aselmina is the perfect place for your family to spend together. The pool terrace has an outdoor dining area and sitting area, ideal for spending time relaxing next to the pool. Located indoors is an open-plan kitchen and living room, comfortably furnished with three-seater sofas. The upper floors of the villa feature 2 double bedrooms (one with jacuzzi) as well as a further twin bedroom; providing enough room for all members of the family.

Note: Only families are accepted to our villa. Unfortunately, we cannot accept friend groups.

1st Bedroom : Suite, Family Bedroom (1st Floor)

Details : There is a double bed, a nightstand, an air conditioner, a wardrobe, a make-up table, a bathroom, a baby bed, a bathtub and an exit to the balcony.

2nd Bedroom : Suite, Junior Bedroom (1st Floor)

Details: There are 2 single beds, bedside table, air conditioner, wardrobe, make-up table, bathroom and exit to the balcony.

3. Bedroom : Suite, Family Bedroom (Terrace Floor)

Details : There is a double bed, a nightstand, an air conditioner, a wardrobe, a make-up table, a bathroom, a Jacuzzi and an exit to the terrace.

On the Terrace Floor: There is a sitting group.

Note: The deposit fee in this villa is 200 euros The deposit amount will be returned to the guest if no damage / damage is observed during the checks to be made at the exit of the villa.

Note: Villa Almila, located right next to this villa, is a villa with the same features, and families who want to spend a holiday together can rent 2 villas at the same time.

Note: Consumption of cigarettes (in the closed area) is not allowed in this villa.
