Villa Arin is a secluded villa situated in the peaceful village of Islamlar in the mountains above Kalkan town. This 1 bedroom villa makes a great retreat for a honeymoon couple with it's indoor and outdoor pools. This is a secluded villa with a pool terrace that cannot be seen from the outside making this an excellent choice for conservative guests or guests who want to experience total privacy on their holiday. The villa is all on one floor with an open-plan kitchen and living room and double en-suite that accesses the heated indoor pool and jacuzzi room and shaded terrace with seating area. The pool terrace has a small garden, private infinity pool, sunbathing and outdoor dining area. 

Islamlar village where villa Arin is found sits high above the town center of Kalkan. The advantage of this area is the natural green beauty, clean air and serenity, however the amenities found in the town are limited to a mini market and several village style restaurants serving trout and traditional cuisine.  Guests who wish to stay at this villa are advised to hire a car to comfortably explore the wider local area and be able to stock up with groceries. The villa is found along a narrow village lane which is gravel in some areas. Parking space is available next to the villa entrance.

The indoor pool is heated and can be adjusted for an extra fee of 100 EURO per week on request. The maximum temperature is 27-29 degrees. The pool heating system takes 3 days to heat up to the desired temperature so we advise guests to request this feature at the time of booking. Guests who make a last minute booking may not be able to use the pool heated for the first few days of their stay due to this 3 day warming up period.

Note : The deposit amount for this villa is 200 EURO. The deposit amount will be returned to guests provided no damage is found at the final villa check at the end of your stay.

Note: Smoking is not permitted anywhere inside the villa building.
