Villa Talia

Villa Talia is a charming cottage style villa designed with a modern finish. The views from this villa are of the islands that sit on the sea in the center of Kalkan's bay. This is a secluded villa with a pool terrace that cannot be seen from the outside making this an excellent choice for conservative guests or guests who want to experience total privacy on their holiday.

The interior of the villa has contemporary furnishings throughout. The ground floor has a compact open-plan kitchen and living room with dining table and lounging area. The first of the villas two bedrooms is on the ground floor, a double suite with indoor heated pool open to the room and access to the pool terrace. The second double suite is on the first floor in the eaves and here guests will find a jacuzzi and sauna and  balcony for admiring the beautiful seascape. The pool terrace has an outdoor seating group beneath a canopy shade, sunbathing area, small side garden and infinity pool so guests can cool off after spending leisurely hours under the sun.

The Kördere area of Kalkan where villa Talia is found sits high above the town center of Kalkan. The advantage of this area is the unrivaled views, however the amenities found in the town are not within walking distance. Guests who wish to stay at this villa are advised to hire a car as the road leading to the villa is very narrow, steep and uneven. A 4x4 vehicle would be the best option to hire for this area. Alternatively guests can use the reasonably priced local taxi services to explore the area. There is space to park a vehicle at road level below the villa. The villa is accessed through a gated entrance.

The indoor pool is heated and can be adjusted for a fee of 150 euros per week on request. The maximum temperature is 24-28 degrees. The pool heating system takes 3 days to heat up to the desired temperature so we advise guests to request this feature at the time of booking. Guests who make a last minute booking may not be able to use the pool heated for the first few days of their stay due to this 3 day warming up period.

Note : The deposit amount for this villa is 200 EURO. The deposit amount will be returned to guests provided no damage is found at the final villa check at the end of your stay.

Note: Smoking is not permitted anywhere inside the villa building.
