Villa Massa

Villa Massa provides a wonderful space for a holiday retreat with two pools and a luxury private spa combined with the indoor heated pool room. Both pools at villa Massa are at ground floor level. One of these pools is set at the centre of the villa's garden with a sunbathing platform and outdoor dining area overlooking the pool. The other can be accessed from either the garden or living room and provided access to the villa's spa area. Both indoor and outdoor pools have integrated shallow ends suitable for children. This villa is available to rent 12 months of the year.

The interior is modern in design with an open-plan living room and kitchen on the ground floor and the first of three bedrooms a twin room which shares it's bathroom with the downstairs living space. On the first floor are two double suites, the master has a jacuzzi bath and private balcony. 

The Ölüdeniz (meaning 'dead sea')  area close to where villa Massa is found is famous for it's blue lagoon, one of the most photographed beaches in the world. It derives it's name from the waters being completely calm even on windy days. This area caters fully for tourism with lots of shops, bars and restaurants close to the beach as well as a variety of activities, the most famous of which is paragliding. Access to the beach is easy as there are buses regularly passing along the roads throughout the day and evening.

Note : The Hamam ve Sauna are only active between the hours of 20.00 - 24.00

The indoor pool is heated and can be adjusted for a fee of 150 euros per week. (Maximum 28 degrees) The pool heating system takes 3 days to heat up to the desired temperature so we advise guests to request this feature at the time of booking. Guests who make a last minute booking may not be able to use the pool heated for the first few days of their stay due to this 3 day warming up period.

Note : The deposit amount for this villa is 200 EURO. The deposit amount will be returned to guests provided no damage is found at the final villa check at the end of your stay.

Please note our outdoor pools will be closed between the 1st November - 30th April due to weather conditions. We thank you for your understanding.
