Villa Avon is situated on the Kalkan's peaceful İncebel area.  It was designed and completed in 2018 to a very high standard, positioned in a wonderful natural spot with magnificent sea views. The pool area is fully sheltered so is a popular choice for honeymoon couples or conservative families looking for total privacy. Guests who stay at villa Avon will feel like they are in their own private spa as the villa offers both and indoor and outdoor pool as well as a Sauna and Hamam (Turkish Bath). The interior is chic and open-plan with all of the facilities you could ask for to unwind in comfort. As soon as you enter the indoor pool with open sky ceiling feature greets you, giving you the immediate sense that you are on holiday.

As this villa is all on one floor this is a great option for guests who have difficulty with stairs. There are two en-suite bedrooms, one twin and one double making this property an ideal choice for a couple on honeymoon or young family. The views from this villa really are breathtaking and unrivaled. From here you have the whole of Kalkan at your command and the turquoise Mediterranean sea stretches out endlessly before you.  

The underfloor heating system of this villa can be turned on for guests staying during the Winter, for an extra 150 euros per week. Furthermore the villas HAMAM can be activated for a fee of 75 EUR per week

Villa Avon neighbours another of our featured Villa's; villa Coton. Guests who are looking to rent more than one property should consider these two properties. 

The location of this villa is quite secluded and while this gives total peace to our guests, the town and it's amenities are not within walking distance. Guests may choose to hire a car for which there is ample parking space or consider using the reasonably priced local taxi services if you are planning to make any excursions.

The indoor pool is heated and can be adjusted for a fee of 150 EUR weekly. (Maximum 25 - 30 degrees) The pool heating system takes 3 days to heat up to the desired temperature so we advise guests to request this feature at the time of booking. Guests who make a last minute booking may not be able to use the pool heated for the first few days of their stay due to this 3 day warming up period. 

Kitchen : Modern Open-plan Kitchen (Ground Floor)

Details : Fridge, Dishwasher, Washing machine, Oven, Microwave oven, Kettle, Dinnerware for 6 people, Frying pans, Saucepans, Cutlery etc.

Note: Smoking is not permitted anywhere inside the villa building.

Note: The deposit fee for this villa is 200 EURO. The deposit amount will be returned to guests provided that no damage is found at the final villa check at the end of your stay.

Everything except the scenery was very problematic

2 out of 3 toilets were faulty and their siphons were broken. If it was under one, water was constantly accumulating. The items we put in the dishwasher came out dirtier. The day it rained, water flowed from the ceiling from three floors in the bedroom, and our bed got wet. In addition, uninterrupted water flowed from the hood to the stove. When we reported the problem to the attendant, he came two days later. Hot water was running out, 4 people could not take a shower. We were not informed when the roof was removed and renovations were made. At half past 9 on Sunday morning, our door was knocked on and we were asked who the cars were in front of the house. The electricity was cut off, there was no generator. Although the facilities of the house are insufficient, it has a beautiful view.

We stayed at the villa for a honeymoon for 5 nights on January 23, 2021. First of all, we would like to thank the holidayvillam family for their interest and relevance. The interest and relevance of the villa owner and the villa attendant was extremely nice. The indoor pool made our honeymoon holiday in the winter extremely enjoyable. Thanks to the floor heating, we did not have any problems with heating. We were very pleased with the cleanliness of the villa. The kitchen supplies, towels and bed linen were extremely clean, almost in the comfort of a hotel. It is very close to the center and the markets, you can reach all the markets by car in 5 minutes. We could not use the outdoor pool, but we are smug about conservatism. it may be comfortable and it doesn't look at all from the outside. For those who are worried about security, there was an alarm in the villa. Since we rented a different villa from a different company in March after our honeymoon holiday, we were able to make a full comparison and we were able to compare the cleaning and the villa from that holiday in March. We were not satisfied at all because of the distance of the city center and the market. At that moment, we understood the value of this villa and the holidayvillam family. The only thing I can say is that when we started to use the hot water in the villa, all the conditions were thrown away. once again our only address for a holiday.

The place is beautiful. But construction activity must be controlled. There's no concrete mixer at 7 in the morning. Looks like there's more business in the area. It should be well planned. People come here in silence.

The location of Villa Avon is very quiet, it is as if the sea is under its feet in nature, the view and the pools are very beautiful, the villa is designed in a new and modern way. It is very clean and useful. The attention and relevance is also very nice, we did not need to run the air conditioner even though it was August. it was blowing beautifully..we could reach the bazaar and the sea by our car in 10 minutes at the latest..If you want a comfortable, pleasant place to rest your soul at the same time, this is the right place..

We had a very nice holiday as a family, clean, quiet, sheltered villa with a super view, the outside pool was cool despite the fact that it was July, but it was clean. The air conditioner in the living room was not cooling, they came and repaired it a day later, their service was very good, only it was written in the comments that there was a siphon problem. siphon problem continued with us.

Avon is the name of the place where we spent the perfect honeymoon with my wife. It was a honeymoon choice that we do not regret choosing with its truly perfect view and location. We had a pleasant and enjoyable time in the heated pool in Villa Avon, which we went to in December. We enjoyed the view with the silence of the environment. Our only problem was the high voltage, the fuses were blowing frequently and the electricity was cut off. However, this unfortunate event did not prevent our honeymoon. It was a really enjoyable holiday.

My honeymoon holiday in Villa Avon was very enjoyable and beautiful. The location of the villa is very beautiful and the view is very heartwarming. We had a very nice and entertaining time in the heated pool of Villa Avon, which we went to in December with my wife. The interior design of the villa in Kalkan is as good as its location. beautiful and successful. Even though there were minor power cuts (the fuse was blowing very often), it could not cast a shadow over our holiday.

Everything went very well in the avonda where we went with great expectations. They thought carefully about everything necessary in the house. There was a chiffon problem in the only possible luxury villa. Despite what they did, it broke down immediately, but even though we did it, it broke down again and again. There are no mosquitoes in the villa site, the house cleaning was very good. unique landscape, the people who will solve all the problems with a phone call. We are very satisfied. Thanks again ?
